Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing from or using the Obsolete Exposure, LLC website ("Site"). By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Obsolete Exposure, LLC is a photography and photographic print store operating online. All photographs, and derivative products thereof; including, but not limited to: prints, photobooks, and digital files, are created and owned by Obsolete Exposure, LLC. 2. Products

We sell fine art photographic prints in various sizes and formats. All prints are made to order. Because monitors display color differently from printed media, slight variations in color between what you see on screen and the finished print are normal and expected. We are not responsible for color discrepancies resulting from your display settings or calibration.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation via email once payment is processed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Shipping

Because all prints are made to order, please allow 7-14 business days for processing and production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier. Delivery timeframes after shipment are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handoff to the carrier.

6. Refunds and Damaged Orders

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos documenting the damage. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund for verified damage. Damage caused by the customer, improper storage, or normal wear is not covered.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All photographs, images, and content on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Obsolete Exposure, LLC and are protected by US copyright law. Purchasing a print grants you a limited, non-transferable license to display the print for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or use our images for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, to transmit any harmful or disruptive code, or to use automated means to scrape or download content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsolete Exposure, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Michigan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
